Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Texas SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a multidisciplinary educational team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
• Provide direct interventions, therapy sessions, and progress monitoring
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure integrated educational support
• Document therapy sessions, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer resources and support to families and staff regarding speech and language development
