Addus Family Company seeks a Bilingual QA Specialist to support quality and compliance for home and community-based care. In this role, you will review bilingual clinical and service documentation, monitor adherence to policies and payer requirements, and perform targeted audits to ensure accurate, timely, and complete records. You will track quality metrics, investigate issues, support corrective action plans, and partner with field, clinical, and administrative teams to improve processes, training, and outcomes while protecting patient safety, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
