Our Home is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient and smooth flow of goods and materials. Your role will involve supervising a team of warehouse employees, managing inventory, and implementing warehouse procedures to optimize productivity and accuracy. This is a crucial leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse employees
• Oversee the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods
• Monitor inventory levels and perform regular inventory audits
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Train and develop warehouse staff to meet performance goals
• Implement and improve warehouse procedures and processes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise
• Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• Prior experience in a warehouse supervisory role
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and MS Office
• Ability to obtain forklift license
