Job Key Information

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (NO WEEKENDS)

Location: Centrepoint, La Vergne, TN 37086

Temperature: No Climate Control (The facility does not have AC or heat).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop key areas around machinery, stairs, and elevators.
• Perform general floor maintenance, including scrubbing and vacuuming as needed.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Empty trash cans and properly manage waste to keep the facility clean and organized.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure cleaning and appearance standards are consistently met.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 35 lbs. and remain active and on your feet throughout the shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining good attendance.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass a drug screening, background check, and employment eligibility verification (required).
• Previous commercial or industrial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
