Entry-Level DFT Design Engineer for HBM

Micron Technology in Richardson, TX is seeking a New College Grad Design Engineer (DFT) to help implement scan and DFT features in next‑gen HBM designs. You will assist with test modes, clocks, resets, and IJTAG integration, while learning from experienced engineers to contribute to silicon bring-up and yield ramp. The role targets 0–3 years of ASIC/SoC experience with a foundation in SystemVerilog/Verilog and digital design.
