That breaks down into a few kinds of work.Outbound sales callsMake 50 to 100+ outbound calls per shift to new patient leads and existing patients with pending or unscheduled treatmentFollow up on leads from our marketing campaigns and online booking requestsOvercome common objections (cost, fear, timing, "I will think about it") with confidence and empathyPresent our services, promotions, and financing options clearlyHit daily and weekly booking targetsInbound calls and schedulingAnswer inbound calls with professionalism and warmthSchedule appointments accurately and efficiently in our practice management systemConfirm upcoming appointments and reschedule or cancel unconfirmed onesMove patients up when earlier openings become availablePatient follow throughCollect new patient paperwork and insurance information at the time of bookingCross reference online bookings so every patient is followed up with, confirmed, and cared for until they showCoordinate with front office and clinical teams at each practiceTrackingLog calls, leads, follow ups, and booked appointments in our CRM and weekly tracking logKnow your numbers and own themYou Will Do Well Here If YouHave experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, collections, or SDR rolesUnderstand that this is a numbers game and volume drives resultsCan keep your energy and quality up at 15+ calls per hourAre coachable and open to feedbackAre dependable, on time, and able to stay productive without someone looking over your shoulderListen well and pick up on how patients are feelingCan follow a proven call framework while still sounding like yourselfCan multi-task and juggle switching up from one office to the next as each office is branded differently.This Job Is Not For You IfYou describe yourself as "not a phone person"You are uncomfortable asking someone to take actionYou prefer slow paced, inbound only workThe phrase "20 calls per hour" makes you nervous instead of excitedRequirementsLive in or within the Tallahassee areaHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable working in multiple computer systems at once; proficient with Microsoft OfficeAccurate data entry into patient records and scheduling systemsStrong organization, time management, and problem solving skillsA quiet home workspace, reliable high speed internet, computer, and a headset in case we move you to a hybrid work from home role.PreferredPrior call center, customer service, or sales experienceExperience with Dentrix or a similar dental scheduling systemBilingual English and SpanishScheduleFull time, Monday through Friday.
