We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated service writer to provide advice and assistance to customers throughout the service experience. You will be responsible for a variety of duties that pertain to creating a cultivating environment for our team and a beyond fantastic experience for the client. We are looking for an ambitious person that is interested in developing lasting relationships with customers and cultivating a strong team environment. You will have the opportunity to work at a state-of-the-art facility with a great work environment in Bethesda, Maryland.

Finance Manager - $200K-$300K+ | Dual Brand Store (Luxury + Volume) | DC Metro

This is a two-brand operation with a strong mix of luxury and volume - which means consistent deal flow, diverse credit profiles, and real earning potential.

We're looking for a Finance Manager who can handle both sides of the business - high-end clients who expect a smooth, professional experience, and volume deals that require speed and structure.

What the Role Looks Like:

• Steady pipeline from two brands - not dependent on one lane
• Mix of luxury clients and high-volume opportunities
• Ability to structure across prime, subprime, and lease
• Product presentation tailored to the customer - not one-size-fits-all
• Clean, efficient deal flow from desk to funding

What You Need:

• Proven experience in a finance role
• Strong structuring ability across different deal types
• Consistent performance in PVR and product penetration
• Comfortable working both luxury and volume deals
• Detail-oriented and efficient

Pay Plan:

• $200K-$300K+ realistic income
• Strong bonus structure tied to performance
