• Shift Hours: 8's or 4-10's are preferred. Monday-Thursday or Tuesday- Friday is an option.

• Case Mix: OB is a REQUIREMENT. Some peds, B&B , ortho, OB. No Cardiac. All cases except cardiac

• Trauma Level: Level 3
\n
• Patient Demographic/ages: all ages
\n
• Supervision and Ratio: Medical Direction
\n
• Active License: Prefers Active TN license
\n
• Credentialing Time Frame: 30-60 days
\n
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
