General Production Worker

The General Production Worker supports daily manufacturing operations by performing cleaning, material handling, and basic equipment operation tasks. This role helps maintain a safe, clean, and efficient production environment while providing flexible support across multiple functions as needed.

• Sweep, clean, and maintain work areas to support safe and efficient production operations.
• Clean up product around tanks, equipment, and production areas to ensure a tidy and hazard-free environment.
• Operate various pieces of production equipment as directed, following safety and operational guidelines.
• Use hand tools and basic equipment to support general production activities.
• Load and unload materials, products, and supplies to keep production lines and workstations properly stocked.
• Operate a forklift on a daily basis to move materials, support production flow, and assist with staging and storage.
• Provide back-up support for other roles and team members as necessary to maintain continuous operations.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of dusty environments, noise exposure, and chemicals used in the process.
• Respond to scheduled and call-in overtime requirements as needed to support production demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to meet changing production needs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mc Farland, CA. The pay range for this position is $16.90/hr.
