Direct Support Professional position

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Location: New Jersey Salary: $21.40 – $30.00 per hour Schedule: Day Shift / Evening Shift / Weekend Availability Job Description Alay Home Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving independence and improving their quality of life. As a DSP, you will provide hands‑on assistance, emotional support, and community engagement.
