Shift Type: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week:  36

Candidate Pay Rate:  $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-acuity care to critically ill patients in a 21-bed ICU
• Manage ventilators, titrate vasopressor drips, and respond swiftly to changing patient conditions
• Collaborate with an intensivist-led team available 24/7 for seamless patient outcomes
• Support procedures such as intubations, central line insertions, bronchoscopies, and endoscopies
• Deliver exceptional care to sepsis, arrhythmia, and complex medical-surgical patients
• Float to Telemetry and partner HealthONE facilities when needed to support system-wide excellence

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care hospital ICU experience
• Cardiac experience and CRRT skills are a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making in high-acuity settings
• Proficient with Meditech EMR and Hospira IV pumps
• Team-oriented mindset with a great sense of humor
• Comfortable floating between units and facilities
