Job Responsibilities Establish open communication and develop friendly relationships with seniors and their families. Help seniors with daily tasks such as preparing meals, light housekeeping, organization, driving and accompanying to appointments. Assist with showers, bathing, dressing, and toileting, peri‑care. Assist with transfers. Encourage activity and movement. Inspire a positive, can‑do attitude when it comes to daily tasks, appointments, and hobbies. Document care using cell phone technology. Maintain a trusting and comforting environment in the home. Qualifications HCA Registered. Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable vehicle. Minimum high‑school diploma or GED. Submit to criminal background investigation, motor vehicle driving record, and pre‑employment drug screening. Prior caregiving experience. Willingness to learn. Part‑time or full‑time availability.
