Trey Tilson - State Farm Agency, located in Buena Vista, VA, has an immediate opening for a full-time Sales and Service Representative. An active Auto, Health, Fire and Life insurance license is required for this position.

Work-Life Balance & Flexibility: This is primarily an in-office position, but after training, there may be opportunities to work from home a few days per week. We are open to discussing a 3–4 day in-office schedule for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Develop new Financial Service opportunities with both existing and new clients.
• Provide excellent Customer Service daily.

Requirements:

• Virginia Auto, Health, Fire and Life Insurance license (required)
• Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people’s lives.
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening.
• Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
