Field Operations Manager Premier Service – Crete, IL Premier Service is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead and support our landscape and snow operations teams. This is a high‑impact leadership role responsible for driving service quality, team performance, and operational efficiency across multiple crews. Position Overview The Field Operations Manager oversees daily field operations to ensure crews deliver high‑quality service and client satisfaction. This role partners closely with the Branch Manager and Client Account Managers to manage labor, enforce safety standards, coordinate scheduling, and maintain operational excellence.
