Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across your assigned region. In this role, you'll focus on employee relations, leadership coaching, and proactive problem‑solving—building the relationships and systems that keep our workforce productive, accountable, and aligned with 21HHS policies and best practices. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on getting ahead of issues, guiding supervisors through complex people decisions, and fostering a culture where employees feel heard and supported. Location: Primarily based out of our Roseville office; up to 20% drive time to regional sites. What You’ll Do Employee Relations & Compliance Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through effective, thorough, and objective investigations Build proactive relationships with employees across your region to anticipate concerns before they escalated Maintain deep knowledge of employment law and ensure day‑to‑day management practices reduce legal risk and remain compliant with regulations and 21HHS policies Coaching & Advisory Partner with hiring managers and supervisors to provide guidance on coaching, counseling, performance management, disciplinary actions, and career development Conduct regular check‑ins with business units to stay connected to team dynamics, morale, and emerging issues Identify training needs and individual coaching opportunities; monitor program effectiveness Business Partnership Analyze workforce trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies that improve retention, productivity, and engagement Work closely with leadership to strengthen work relationships, build morale, and support a high‑performance culture Maintain strong business literacy—understanding your region's operational priorities, culture, and competitive landscape What You Bring 5–7+ years of HR experience, with proven success as an HR Business Partner—ideally in a fast‑growing or startup environment Strong employee relations background, including conducting investigations and navigating sensitive situations Ability to interpret and apply employment laws, regulations, and company policies Track record of coaching managers and influencing without authority Excellent prioritization, time management, and follow‑through under shifting demands Proficiency in Google Suite and HR systems (Paylocity and Lever preferred) High discretion and confidentiality with employee information Experience supporting a dispersed or remote workforce is a plus Healthcare or home health experience is a plus Why you should come work for 21HHS: Opportunity for advancement Rapidly growing organization Low turnover / high morale Outstanding benefits for you and your family including 401(k) with matching Generous PTO, medical, dental, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, pet insurance and more #J-18808-Ljbffr 21st Century Home Health Services Inc.
