Zimmer Biomet is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage and execute projects within a structured Project Management Office (PMO) environment.

The Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, resource management, configuration planning and execution, testing and validation, go-live planning, risk management, budget management, and project reporting .

This role will work closely with business leaders, project teams, Operations, Quality, Finance, IT, Human Resources, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope while meeting quality, regulatory, and organizational requirements.

The ideal candidate will have significant manufacturing operations and project management experience , preferably within the medical device or another regulated industry .

• Lead project management activities for small- to large-scale projects.

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans and schedules.

• Develop and maintain the Master Project Plan and Schedule .

• Organize project implementation teams and coordinate project resources.

• Establish and monitor project budgets.

• Ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and within scope.

• Track project milestones, deliverables, metrics, and dependencies.

• Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies, processes, standards, and objectives.
