About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Digital Business Platforms to spearhead the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise digital business platforms that underpin sales, marketing, e-commerce, and customer experience functions. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and driving the roadmap, governance, and operational excellence of a modern digital ecosystem. This pivotal role demands a strategic and hands-on leader with a strong hybrid leadership style, capable of operating at the executive level on strategy while also guiding delivery teams through execution. Key responsibilities include leading platform modernization efforts, establishing governance processes, and driving continuous improvement of customer journeys and internal digital workflows. The Head of Digital Business Platforms will also be responsible for team leadership, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of digital initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have extensive experience in leading digital business platforms, enterprise systems, or digital transformation initiatives. They should possess a deep understanding of digital commerce ecosystems, CRM platforms, and customer engagement processes, and have a proven track record of managing and developing teams. Strong vendor and partner management experience in a SaaS and digital ecosystem environment is essential. The role requires a leader who can balance strategic initiatives with operational support needs, promote responsible adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, and stay current with evolving digital commerce and customer experience technologies. The Head of Digital Business Platforms will be a key partner to sales, marketing, customer experience, and IT organizations, and must be adept at aligning business goals, user experience, and technical execution across teams.
