Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will DoInterpret manufacturing requirements, develop and maintain Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs), and document manufacturing practices Support daily manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting and incorporating Engineering changes into the MDPs Disposition non-conforming material with root cause and correction action analysis as required Generate Change Requests (CRs) on technical issues relating to the production manufacturing process Drive Continuous Improvement through process improvements to improve cycle time, reduce ergonomic risk to assemblers, automate, reduce costs (both direct and indirect), using CORE tools and data driven decision making Provide real-time technical support to manufacturers and fabricators, in-house as well as the supply base Tool/fixture development to drive ergonomics into processes Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience. 3+ years of previous Manufacturing experienceThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
