Job Summary:
This opportunity is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Operating Room (OR) services with a focus on Open Heart (OH) procedures, located in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Candidates must have a current Arkansas licensure and at least two years of recent experience in cardiovascular and vascular operating room settings. The position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and standards. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

• Qualifications: Must possess current Arkansas licensure, BLS, and ACLS certifications; have at least 2 years of relevant experience in CVOR and vascular OR settings
• Additional information: Flu vaccination is required; exemption must be client approved. The candidate must be able to assess, develop care plans, document interventions, and anticipate the needs of the surgical team.
• Note: The bill rate is set at $10 below the posted travel rate.
