We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee residential development projects, coordinating field operations and ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently, and to established quality standards. This role reports to the Project Manager and Company Owner.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for residential developments.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage on-site workflow.
• Enforce construction safety practices and requirements.
• Monitor quality control and coordinate inspections.
• Review blueprints and resolve field questions.
• Manage materials and support timely delivery to the site.
• Prepare progress reports for the Project Manager and Company Owner.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling and blueprint reading.
• Experience with subcontractor management and construction safety.
• Understanding of quality assurance, project management, and building codes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
