Human Resources Analyst

Salary Hiring Range: $30.92 - $37.87 hourly; DOQ - Range Maximum: $44.83 hourly USD Summary of Position Performs a combination of analytical, technical, and professional HR functions. This role collects, compiles, and analyzes HR metrics and data; applies analytical findings to support recruitment, retention, compliance, and organizational culture; coordinates and executes training programs; and performs general HR duties as part of a team including benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, performance support, safety coordination, training, and departmental operations. Minimum Qualifications At least three years of experience in an HR-related field. Experience in job classification and compensation, recruitment, selection, training, employee benefits, and/or equal opportunity compliance preferred. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or other related field preferred.
