Job Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner 2 Duration: 6 Months Pay Rate: $38.21/hr. Start Date: Immediate *Ability to obtain a U.S Government clearance* We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support recruiting for Engineering and Manufacturing organizations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional positions. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, technical, and corporate positions. Source, identify, attract, and engage top talent using creative recruiting strategies. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical skills, competencies, and cultural fit. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and provide market insights. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure an outstanding candidate experience. Utilize recruiting tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms to manage requisitions efficiently. Ensure compliance with company recruiting policies and hiring procedures. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience, OR Master's degree with 3+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience, OR Additional 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Strong sourcing and talent pipelining skills. Experience recruiting in high-volume environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance . Willingness to travel occasionally for recruiting events. Preferred Qualifications Aerospace or Defense recruiting experience. Experience recruiting Engineering and Manufacturing professionals. Experience with Workday , Eightfold , or similar ATS platforms.
