We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented IT Asset & Inventory Specialist to support inventory management and technology deployment activities. This individual will be responsible for receiving and organizing incoming shipments, managing physical inventory, tracking technology assets, and preparing computer equipment for end users. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in both warehouse and office environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming pallets and shipments of computer equipment and technology assets.
• Maintain accurate physical inventory counts and asset records.
• Track, label, and document IT hardware including laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals.
• Set up, configure, and stage computer equipment for deployment to employees.
• Conduct inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Organize stockrooms and storage areas to maintain efficient inventory control processes.
• Assist with equipment deployment, moves, additions, and changes as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of technology assets.
• Follow established asset management, security, and documentation procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, asset management, or IT support preferred.
• Experience handling and tracking computer hardware and technology equipment is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move pallets, boxes, and computer equipment is required.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
