Recruitment Specialist
JBA International
Compensation: Base salary plus commission
JBA International is seeking a recruiter who enjoys finding strong candidates, building relationships, and helping clients fill open roles. Recruiting will be the main focus of this position. You will also help grow the business by connecting with prospective clients and identifying new staffing opportunities.
What you’ll do
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for client openings
- Manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from first conversation through placement
- Work with clients and the JBA team to understand hiring needs
- Build relationships with prospective clients and follow up on new opportunities
- Keep recruiting and sales activity organized and up to date
What we’re looking for
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
- Confidence speaking with candidates and hiring managers
- Interest in sales and building client relationships
- Strong follow-through and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
