Service Team Assistant- Porter

Responsibilities: Assisting Service Advisors with checking in customers and their vehicles.
Help customers setting appointments, verify parts for appointment and reminder calls.
Managing our CX Experience program from ford for Pick-up, Delivery and Remote Service.
Various other responsibilities to assist service advisors in providing an excellent customer experience.
This position is apart of an award winning dealership with opportunity for growth.
Strive to make sure that every customer is satisfied with the level of service offered by the dealership.
Strong interaction/communication with service team, technicians and management.
Skills / Items Required: To perform this job successfully, this individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.
Valid Driver’s License
Team player attitude
Customer service oriented
Excellent follow through skills
Previous Customer Service experience
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Be able to lift 50+ pounds.
Be able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
