The annual base salary for this position ranges from $85,300.00 in our lowest geographic market to $168,800.00 in our highest geographic market. You will bring energy, cultural understanding, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to elevate the brand. You will think outside the box, craft creative account marketing plans and execute with excellence. You will know how to craft a strong brief and manage a marketing budget, and you’ll be passionate about working with retailers.WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONDevelop and pitch seasonal marketing plans and lead execution for Inspire / City Specialty accounts.Partner with Sales, Merchandising, and Integrated Marketplace to align marketing priorities.Coordinate account marketing calendars, budgets, GTM needs, and storytelling assets.Lead account-level execution of launch plans, brand moments, and account‑specific activations.Analyze results of marketing initiatives and identify optimization opportunities.Manage inbound/outbound marketing asset needs and timelines.Ensure brand consistency and account‑right execution across marketing touchpoints.Build strong relationships with internal partners and key external accounts.WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHIntegrated Retail Marketing and Integrated Marketplace teamsInspire / City Specialty Sales teamsMerchandising and Planning partnersBrand Marketing and Creative teamsExternal wholesale and specialty partnersThis role reports to the Sr. Manager, Integrated Retail Marketing and can based in the Converse Boston or NYC office.WHAT YOU BRINGBachelor’s degree in related field.
