Step into a role where order, precision, and teamwork keep production moving. As our Mold Room Maintenance & Preparation Specialist, you’ll be the go-to partner for Set-up Techs, Maintenance, and Production—ensuring every mold is clean, organized, and production-ready.

Schedule

• 12-hour daytime schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• C Shift, 2-2-3 rotation
• Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Core Responsibilities

• Clean molds after runs and prior to storage using approved procedures.
• Eliminate resin, debris, and contaminants with the correct tools and methods.
• Organize and label mold storage; keep location and inventory records accurate and current.
• Move molds to/from production using proper handling equipment.
• Visually inspect molds; report damage or concerns to supervisors/maintenance immediately.
• Stage molds and related equipment to support efficient changeovers.
• Maintain a 5S-compliant, clean, and orderly work area.
• Adhere to all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and proper material handling.
• Assist setup and maintenance teams with basic support tasks.
• Maintain cleaning tools, supplies, and equipment for mold maintenance.

Physical Demands

• Prolonged standing, walking, and bending during 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Operate comfortably in a manufacturing environment.
