Job Overview A law firm seeks an associate to join its Employment and Labor Relations practice group in Cincinnati, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience and a focus on traditional management-side labor law and occupational safety and health. Responsibilities Assist in handling traditional management-side labor law matters. Engage in occupational safety and health legal issues. Contribute to wage and hour collective and class actions. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis. Draft and review legal documents and correspondence. Requirements 1-4 years of relevant legal experience. Strong academic and professional credentials. Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent verbal communication abilities. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the state bar. Skills Proficiency in legal research and writing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
