Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: 9:00am–5:30pm

What You'll Do

• Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
• Accurately label and process specimens according to established procedures
• Verify patient identification and ensure proper documentation, including patient signatures post-venipuncture
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment at all times
• Provide excellent customer service while building trust and confidence with patients
• Support multiple locations as needed and adapt to changing business demands

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
• Strong specimen collection and processing skills with attention to accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
• Keyboard and data entry proficiency
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
