As a Unit Aide / Assistant, you will provide vital non-clinical and supportive assistance across our nursing units. You will work with independence, flexibility, and good judgment to help maintain a safe, positive, and resident-centered environment. Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
• Experience & Passions: Experience with, and a strong desire to care for peopleespecially those who are older and chronically ill.
• Core Skills & Abilities: Ability to work with independence, flexibility, and good judgment; strong verbal communication skills; a commitment to creating a safe environment and fostering positive customer relationships.
• Culture & Communication: Ability to engage and embrace culture change and communicate additional education or training needs timely to your supervisor.
