We're seeking a special Mental Health Therapist who wants to: Make a difference in the lives of diverse populations in Fairfax, VA Work in a supportive environment that values creativity Contribute to the vision and culture of a clinic that values autonomy, flexibility, compassion, acceptance, determination, and authenticity Have referrals matched to your specialty profile and scheduled for you through our Ellie Match system Enjoy a flexible schedule tailored to your needs, allowing you to determine your earning potential Manageable caseload for work/life balance based on your availability Reduced administrative responsibilities such as credentialing, marketing, and insurance billing handled through our shared services team Access educational materials for continuing education credits through the Ellie CEU library Be part of a welcoming community where fun is expected and laughter is your language We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications: Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution Virginia clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) with independent practice ability and potential supervisory experience Experience in psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes Strong written and verbal communication skills Be able to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents promptly Comfort working with diverse populations Proficiency in standard office technology and Electronic Health Record systems Successful completion of a background check Responsibilities: Provide therapy services for individuals, families, and groups. Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create treatment plans, and complete documentation. For Full-Time status, clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week. Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the team. Use creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals. Advocate for clients by coordinating services with other personnel. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training.
