Warehouse & Deliveries Coordinator page is loaded## Warehouse & Deliveries Coordinatorremote type: On-Sitelocations: OT336: SAL - LAS VEGAS, NV 711 Pilot Road, Suite D, LAS VEGAS, NV, 89119 USAtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: 20156125**Date Posted:**2026-03-27**Country:**United States of America**Location:**OT336: SAL - LAS VEGAS, NV 711 Pilot Road, Suite D, LAS VEGAS, NV, 89119 USAOtis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Coordinator, Warehouse & Deliveries to join our team in Las Vegas.**On a typical day you will:*** Supervise freight deliveries and schedule daily truck driver deliveries* Manage a high number of warehouse products including, but not limited to, parts related to hoisting and rigging* Handle the communication and relationships with multiple vendors* Supervise the local fleet of company vehicles* Manage the storing of inventory and the distribution of PUIs* Communicate effectively with service operations managers, open order/repair managers and service managers* Handle distribution of partial shipments for any necessary active jobs* Lead the distribution and relocation of kits for our construction crews* Oversee test-weight inventory, and the distribution of said weight to the required test locations on a weekly basis* Conduct inventory control, PPE ordering, shipping/receiving, and tool/equipment management to ensure equipment is up to date and operating properly* Properly manage the containment of waste oil and schedule pickups by waste oil vendor to ensure proper disposal and complete documentation in compliance with Otis and State regulations* Arrange and deliver parts, equipment or test weights to jobsites* Maintain warehouse vehicles and warehouse in safe, proper order **What you will need to be successful:*** High school degree or equivalent required* Must have a valid driver’s license* Must be DOT certified to drive a box truck* Must be Forklift operation certified* Candidate must demonstrate strong verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers* Lift up to 50 pounds and have a clean driving record* Ability to drive F-250 up to a box truck to coordinate and make material deliveries and pick-ups* Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment* Candidate must demonstrate strong verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers.**Benefits:** Otis currently provides our colleagues with the following benefits:* 401(k) plan that includes generous company match and a separate automatic retirement contribution* Comprehensive medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage for colleagues and their eligible dependents, beginning on their first day of employment* Three weeks paid vacation and paid company holidays* Paid sick leave - Employee assistance and wellness incentive programs* Life insurance and disability coverage* Voluntary benefits, such as legal, pet, home, and auto insurance* Birth/adoption and parental leave benefits* Adoption assistance* Tuition reimbursement program* Peer recognition and service anniversary awards, as well as spot performance bonus opportunitiesThe salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future.
