Content Strategist

AmpliSell is a full-service e-commerce growth partner helping brands scale on Amazon and TikTok. We're a lean, fast-moving agency and we're building out our sales and marketing engine, which means we need someone who can turn what we know into content that reaches the right people. The Role As our Content Strategist, you'll own AmpliSell's content presence end-to-end, from strategy and ideation through execution and analysis. You'll develop a point of view on what our audience cares about, build a consistent publishing cadence across channels, and create content that generates awareness, trust, and inbound leads. You’ll work closely with our founder to extract insights from sales conversations, client work, and market trends, and turn them into content that is genuinely useful to e-commerce brand owners. That means owning the full content lifecycle: ideation, briefing, production coordination, distribution, and performance reporting. This is a builder role. You'll have ownership over the processes and tools that shape how AmpliSell shows up in the market. What You Get To Own Develop and manage a content calendar across LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X, social media, and email Lead and personally execute long-form content strategy — articles, newsletters, lead magnets, and VSLs — while also guiding short-form social Write polished, on-brand content yourself Transform founder input, videos, call notes, and campaign learnings into content that resonates with e-commerce brand owners Define and maintain AmpliSell's voice and messaging across all channels Coordinate with a contracted video editor for raw editing; you own strategy and distribution Build and optimize lead magnets and email sequences that move prospects through the funnel Performance & Insights Own content performance reporting across channels: traffic, engagement, lead attribution Use data to identify what’s working, double down on it, and cut what isn’t Proactively bring new content ideas to the table based on market signals, competitor activity, and performance trends Who Will Excel In This Role 3+ years in a content strategy or content marketing role, ideally at an agency or fast-growing startup Proven track record leading long-form content strategy and executing it yourself. Portfolio required Strong command of both long-form and short-form content, and how they work together to drive awareness and inbound leads Experience with sales-oriented copy and outreach.
