Job Details Location: Cleveland, OH 44130 Setting: Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Employment Type: Travel Nursing Job Schedule: Night shift, 3 shifts per week Shift Duration: 12-hour nights Hours per Week: 36 Assignment Length: 13 weeks Openings: 2 Start Date: ASAP Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,660 - $1,750 Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Minimum 1 year of bedside clinical experience required 2 years of bedside clinical experience strongly preferred BLS certification required prior to first shift ACLS certification required prior to first shift Strong assessment, documentation, and care-planning skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary care environment Prior experience in LTAC, medical-surgical, telemetry, or rehabilitation nursing preferred Responsibilities Complete patient assessments within 8 hours of admission Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care Identify patient and family teaching needs and support discharge planning from day one Provide accurate, timely documentation in the medical record Communicate patient status changes to physicians, charge nurses, and care team members Support rehabilitation goals and promote positive patient outcomes Direct, train, and supervise ancillary nursing personnel as needed Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered care environment Contribute to teamwork, unit efficiency, and professional collaboration Why Consider This Cleveland Travel Nursing Opportunity?
