-Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector to inspect materials, components, and finished products throughout the manufacturing process. This position will perform incoming, first article, in-process, and final inspections to ensure products meet company quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-driven, and experienced working in a regulated pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing environment. 

-Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of Quality Control/Inspection experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and Good Documentation Practices.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, including 21 CFR Parts 210/211 and/or Part 820, preferred.
• Experience with quality inspections, nonconformance reporting, and corrective actions.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, rulers, and pin gauges.
• Good math and computer skills.
• Experience with an ERP system.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform incoming, first article, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Inspect and test materials and products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and document non-conforming materials and initiate Nonconformance Reports (NCRs).
• Review and release job order documentation.
• Approve or reject raw materials based on established quality requirements.
• Support investigations related to non-conformances and quality findings.
• Ensure inspections, testing, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Perform pre- and post-inspections associated with the gamma irradiation process.
• Record inspection results, observations, and recommendations.
• Prepare quality metrics and reports for the QC Supervisor or Lead.
• Support continuous improvement and process improvement initiatives.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality requirements.
• Work in an ISO-controlled environment while following appropriate PPE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
