PC Technician

We are seeking a PC Refresh Technician (Tier 1/2) to support enterprise level hardware refresh initiatives while delivering a high touch, white glove experience to end u . This role is responsible for the deployment, replacement, configuration, and support of end user computing devices, ensuring minimal disruption and an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is customer focused, technically capable, and comfortable working directly with u in a professional environment, including executives and VIP stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1-3+ years of experience in desktop support, PC refresh, deployment, or help desk support
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments Strong understanding of PC hardware, imaging, and end user device configuration
- Familiarity with Active Directory (password resets, basic account/device management)
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT documentation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to deliver a white glove experience in a professional or corporate environment
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed
