Able to work starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight if required, based on café hours and availability. Duties & Responsibilities Interact with team members, customers, and vendors using Harmony Restaurants' core values. Deliver Unparalleled Hospitality to every guest who visits our café. Prepare fresh ingredients for food and smoothies. Assemble and serve smoothies and meals to Tropical Smoothie Café standards. Follow proper sanitation and food safety practices during food prep and service. Set up and monitor smoothie and food workstations. Maintain a clean and organized café, including kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and workstations. Operate the POS register system accurately, take guest orders, and handle cash responsibly. Adhere to all brand safety and security policies. Perform additional tasks as needed to support café operations. Required Skills & Abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures. Team‑player mentality with a commitment to excellent service. Dependable, punctual, and goal‑oriented. Physical Requirements Stand and walk continuously throughout the shift. Regular bending, reaching, and lifting up to 30 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds). Frequent face‑to‑face interaction in a high‑energy café setting. Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive and calm demeanor. Safely navigate and operate within a fast‑paced environment.
