We’re seeking a motivated and compassionate Student Nurse Aide to join our growing team! Your Impact as a Student Nurse Aide

In this role, you will:

• Provide personal care to residents (e.g., grooming, bathing, peri care, dressing) under supervision and within the scope of your training.

• Change bed linens and maintain appropriate grooming supplies in resident rooms.

• Assist with ambulation and transfers, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.

• Routinely reposition residents and monitor skin integrity.

• Support nursing staff by completing non-nursing tasks such as making beds, passing water/ice, answering call lights, and organizing supplies.

• Assist with range of motion exercises and engage in reality orientation with residents.

• Identify and report any condition that requires management attention.

What Makes You a Great Fit

We’re seeking someone who:

• Has written proof of completion of 16-hour ADL training from an authorized school/instructor.

• Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Shows excellent self-discipline, patience, and a passion for serving others.

• Can follow safety policies and procedures.

• Has basic computer literacy and can follow documentation protocols.

• Respects and adheres to the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities .
