Transitions & Keys Solutions, LLC (TKS) is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support based on each participant’s needs, choices, and ISP goals.
• Assist with daily living and independent living skills.
• Support community activities, appointments, recreation, socialization, and skill development.
• Promote independence, dignity, choice, and community inclusion.
• Maintain participant safety, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Complete accurate progress notes and required EVV documentation.
• Report health, safety, or service concerns promptly.
• Follow TKS, NJ DDD, and Medicaid requirements.
• Participate in required training and supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must meet applicable NJ DDD requirements.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Must be dependable, patient, professional, and able to communicate effectively.
• Must complete required background checks, screenings, clearances, and training.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required based on assignment.

Schedule: Part-Time / Per Diem
Work Setting: Participant homes and community settings in Elizabeth and surrounding areas.
