Overview Water Tower Dental Care is a highly successful, welcoming, easy‑going, and collaborative 2‑Doctor – 2‑Hygienist practice that opened late 2023. The practice is equipped with the latest technology, including AI, 5D scanners, and Curodont. Job Responsibilities

• Provide patient care, giving patients the time and care they need, deserve, and desire.
• Serve as an integral member of the patient care team.
• Participate in the robust Hygiene mentor program and utilize available educational offerings to enhance clinical skills.
• Provide lifetime care to patients and support exceptional patient outcomes.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (if required). Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR Certification. Preferred Experience 1+ year of clinical experience. Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation. Prolonged periods of sitting and standing. Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year. TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions. The test will be arranged during the pre‑employment process.
