Your Impact- Maintain and repair semi trailers with a focus on brakes, suspension systems, and electrical components.
- Diagnose faults using professional diagnostic tools and proven testing methods.
- Conduct safety inspections and provide clear, actionable repair recommendations.
- Document every repair and maintenance step with accuracy.
- Coordinate with teammates to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
- Stay informed on industry standards, best practices, and new technologies.
- Deliver excellent customer service with transparent communication on findings and next steps.
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive/diesel technical certification preferred.
- Proven background as a semi trailer technician or similar role.
- Deep knowledge of air brake systems, electrical wiring/controls, and chassis assemblies.
- Proficiency reading and applying technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Exceptional diagnostic thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive independently and within a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
