What It Takes:
- 5+ years plumbing industry experience
- Clean background check, drug screen, and non-reckless driving history
- High integrity and strong communication skills
- Safety-first mindset on the road and on the job
What You Get:
Aggressive Pay: $100,000 – $180,000 New company vehicle + gas card Company uniforms Medical, Dental & Vision (75% employer-paid for employees / 25% family) 401(k) with 4% company match Ongoing training & development Short-term disability 6 paid holidays 40 hours vacation + 40 hours sick time
Schedule:
Tuesday – Saturday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Full-time. Guaranteed hours. No on call.
