Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1+ year of experience required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience required.
• New graduates not accepted.
• Physical Therapy Assistant credential required to start.
• Hep B required.
• TB required.
• Flu required.
• Tdap required.

Assignment Details

• 13 week assignment.
• Monday and Wednesday 8:00 AM-7:00 PM.
• Tuesday 8:00 AM-1:00 PM.
• Thursday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM.
• Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM.
• No weekends required.
• Flexible scheduling options available.
• Expected productivity is 10-12 patients per 8-hour shift.
• Evaluation times include 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatments.
• Cases include general orthopedics, post-operative cases, balance deficits, general deconditioning, and neurological conditions.
• Patient population is typically ages 15-90.
