Par Mar Stores - - Responsibilities: Assist the Store Management Team with all facets of the successful operations for Par Mar Stores; Provide a high level of leadership to the store and the employees; Support the Store Management Team with all aspects of generating sales and profit growth efficiently and effectively; Lead team members through performance and training initiatives; Assist with local store marketing to help reach sales and profit goals
