Work Environment

This position is located within our cutting-edge rehabilitation facility, where the environment is dynamic, supportive, and focused on patient outcomes. As an onsite Physical Therapist, you will spend your days in a caring and collaborative atmosphere, working with both patients and fellow healthcare professionals to develop custom treatment plans. The work schedule is from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, offering a structured environment that allows for work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring functionality and enhancing movement.
• Maintain a manageable patient load that allows for focused, individualized care, ensuring that each patient receives the attention they deserve.
• Demonstrate expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, utilizing advanced manual therapy techniques to improve mobility and alleviate pain.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver cost-effective treatments that reduce reliance on medications and promote non-surgical rehabilitation alternatives.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans that include fitness and wellness programs tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Motivate patients to actively engage in their rehabilitation by emphasizing the importance of lifestyle changes that enhance strength, balance, and flexibility.
• Continuously evaluate and document treatment effects, making necessary adjustments to care plans based on progress and patient feedback.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with EMR system requirements, specifically utilizing Web PT for efficient record-keeping.

The patients you will work with span a diverse range of backgrounds and physical challenges, primarily focused on those recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgery, or chronic conditions affecting mobility. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in Tennessee with no history of sanctions or previous board proceedings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and effective exercise programming.
• Experience using EMR software, particularly Web PT, for precise documentation and patient management.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current physical therapy practices and techniques supported by clinical research.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with previous experience in outpatient orthopedic settings or those familiar with innovative rehabilitation practices will be given preferential consideration. A proven track record of successful patient outcomes and effective communication skills are also highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
