We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and compassionate Bilingual Personal Injury Intake Specialist to join our team. This position plays an important role in creating a positive first impression of the firm by communicating with potential clients, gathering essential information regarding personal injury cases, and guiding individuals through the initial intake process.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism, and fluency in both English and Spanish . A strong commitment to client service, accuracy, and teamwork is essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from potential clients in both English and Spanish.
• Conduct initial client intake interviews to gather information regarding accidents, injuries, and other relevant case details.
• Collect and accurately document client information, including contact details, accident circumstances, insurance information, and medical treatment details.
• Enter and maintain accurate client information in the firm's case management and intake systems.
• Identify potential cases based on established intake criteria and escalate questions or concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Explain the firm's intake process and provide general information regarding the next steps.
• Schedule consultations and coordinate follow-ups with potential clients.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, and emails to maintain communication and encourage completion of the intake process.
• Ensure all required intake fields and documentation are completed accurately and promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information in accordance with firm policies.
• Meet established performance goals, including call response times, lead conversion rates, and intake completion targets.
• Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and other departments to facilitate a smooth transition from intake to case handling.

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Fluent in both English and Spanish , with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, intake, sales, or administrative support preferred.
• Experience in a personal injury law firm or legal environment is a big plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate empathetically with individuals who may be experiencing stress or uncertainty.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn case management and CRM software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Previous experience handling personal injury leads or conducting legal intake interviews.
• Familiarity with motor vehicle accidents, insurance claims, and medical treatment terminology.
• Experience using legal case management systems, CRM platforms, or lead management software.
• Ability to meet intake quotas and performance expectations while maintaining a high standard of service.

Pay is based on experience.
