Job Summary:
A Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. This role involves working in a nursing home setting that provides care for elderly residents with diagnoses such as dementia, frailty, and rehabilitation needs. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position entails delivering bedside care, assessments, charting, medication administration, and clinical skills including IV therapy, catheters, and ostomies.

Job Details:

• Location: Beaver Dam, Wisconsin
• Shift: 12-hour nights; every other weekend and holiday
• Schedule: Block schedule with 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active license; minimum of 1 year of elderly care experience; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA); ECS electronic medical record system familiarity
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Must be available for at least half of holidays during assignment. Candidates must note in their submission if they have previously worked for the organization; if so, the previous end date must be at least 6 months prior to the submission date. All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility.
