Your Role:
As a Night Esthetics Instructor, you will inspire and educate students in various esthetics practices, including skincare, makeup, and hair removal techniques. You’ll have the opportunity to teach in a dynamic environment during evening hours, accommodating students who are pursuing their career goals while balancing other responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive instructional sessions in esthetics topics according to the curriculum.
- Conduct practical demonstrations to enhance student understanding and skill development.
- Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain an organized, positive, and conducive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other instructors to ensure high educational standards are met.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Active Esthetics license in the state of Illinois is required.
- Must hold an Illinois State Educator License for Beauty Culture.
- Prior experience in the esthetics field is preferred.
- Teaching or instructional experience is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring future beauty professionals.
- Ability to adapt to various teaching styles and meet diverse student needs.
- Monday-Friday 4-10:00pm cst

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 and $23.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
