Clinical Specialist II, CPT - Louisville, KY

Abbott's Neuromodulation division seeks a Clinical Specialist II in Louisville, KY to provide technical and clinical expertise supporting the sales of chronic pain therapy devices. The role involves programming assistance, customer education, and account development for implantable neuromodulation products.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, clinical, and device programming support to territory managers and customers
• Conduct patient education, in-services, and clinical training on Abbott chronic pain therapy products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships; develop in-depth knowledge of assigned accounts
• Assist with sales strategy development, capital equipment evaluations, and competitor analysis
• Provide clinical feedback and troubleshooting support in operating room and office settings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or related field, or equivalent education and work experience
• 1-2 years work experience, preferably in clinical settings with patient interaction
• Strong clinical knowledge of chronic pain therapies and ability to communicate clinical data
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills across multiple audiences
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers
• Flexibility to work unpredictable schedules and travel up to 25% within assigned region
