Underwriter Opportunity

We have an exciting new opportunity for an underwriter to join a new specialty lines (E&S) carrier in Richmond, VA!

Our client is an A rated P&C carrier that has been successfully writing Commercial Property & Casualty business on an admitted basis for 60+ years, and is currently in the process of creating a new Excess and Surplus lines division that will launch later this year. This will be a direct-to-retail distribution model.

Favorable candidates will have 2-4 plus years of experience writing excess & surplus business with an emphasis on General Liability and Excess Casualty. Experience with contractors/construction/manufacturing is a plus but not required.
